David's personal journey is that of a patient and the need for alternatives to previously unavailable treatment options for pain relief. He is an advocate and supporter of alternative and emerging clinical treatment options backed with science, including cannabis, to support patients who require a more natural solution.

David is a founding member and Director of Nàdarra Health who believes he can help make a difference to patient's wellbeing whilst supplying sustainable, quality and ethically sourced solutions to patient's clinical needs.

Neil is an experienced entrepreneur with a strong track record in healthcare, regulated industries, and digital innovation. He began his journey by founding a successful Australian medical device company, helping patients with sleep disorders through clinically backed products and exceptional customer care.

With a background in engineering and deep operational experience, Neil has led digital transformation projects for the Australian government and collaborated on international motorsport programs across Europe and Asia. His work included brand and technical strategy roles for global names like Michelin, Dunlop, and Audi Sport Italia, reflecting his ability to navigate high-performance environments across borders and industries.

Neil brings sharp commercial insight and a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape to Nàdarra Health, where he leads growth strategy, operations, and digital execution. He is committed to building a transparent, patient-focused medicinal cannabis business in Australia, anchored in quality, ethics, and scientific rigour.

Outside of work, Neil spends time on the snow whenever possible and follows Aston Villa with a loyalty that defies logic.
