Founded in 2023 by a team of seasoned pharmaceutical and supply chain professionals, Nàdarra Health is a wholly Australian-owned enterprise, licensed to manufacture and supply pharmaceutical grade cannabis products. We exist to service the health and welfare of our patients. Our mission is to reliably provide affordable patient access to high quality, scheduled natural products and our aim is to become the premium supplier of choice in Australia.
At Nàdarra Health, our core focus is providing patients with high–quality, craft–grown whole flower cannabis and extracts. We are committed to building a reputation as a trusted Australian brand that prioritises patient care through a consistent supply of premium, organically, and sustainably sourced products. Dr. David Hartley
David has held numerous senior leadership roles in blue chip pharmaceutical organisations, having gained extensive global expertise in operations, quality assurance, supply chain and R&D. However, he firstly holds a passion for serving patients and their clinical needs.
David's personal journey is that of a patient and the need for alternatives to previously unavailable treatment options for pain relief. He is an advocate and supporter of alternative and emerging clinical treatment options backed with science, including cannabis, to support patients who require a more natural solution.
David is a founding member and Director of Nàdarra Health who believes he can help make a difference to patient's wellbeing whilst supplying sustainable, quality and ethically sourced solutions to patient's clinical needs.

Neil Bates
As a dynamic entrepreneur, Neil excels in managing digital projects. His remarkable success story began when he founded a medical device company in Australia, dedicated to helping patients with sleep disorders.
With a solid academic background in engineering, Neil's unwavering commitment to quality, customer service, and patient care led to the company's continuous growth and success, showcasing his ability to create and drive a thriving business single-handedly.
Neil has amassed a wealth of experience working on various motorsport projects across the globe, collaborating with internationally renowned brands such as Michelin, Dunlop, and Audi Sport Italia.
In Australia, he has skillfully managed digital projects for the Australian government, exemplifying his capacity to navigate intricate governmental processes while highlighting his versatility and adaptability in diverse industries and fields.
Neil also has extensive experience in digital marketing and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. As a founding Director of Nàdarra Health, he is passionate about exploring the potential benefits of medical cannabis for patients and the ethical supply of this product.
Neil is an avid skier and a passionate Aston Villa supporter. When he's not hitting the slopes or cheering on his beloved claret and blue, he's on the lookout for the ultimate après-ski hot chocolate. ⛷️❄️⚽
